Shipping policy

Processing Times  
All items are handmade to order. Because of this, please allow time for your earrings to be created before shipping.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.  
During busy periods, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

If your order is ready sooner, it will be shipped as soon as possible.

 

Shipping Methods  
We ship all orders using An Post, Ireland’s national postal service.

Shipping options (including tracked and untracked delivery) are available at checkout and vary depending on your location.

 

Delivery Times  
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Ireland: 1–3 business days  
United Kingdom: 3–5 business days  
Europe: 5–10 business days  
International: 7–15 business days  

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

Tracking  
Tracked shipping options are available at checkout. If you select a tracked service, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Standard (untracked) shipping does not include tracking.

 

Shipping Costs  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders, as indicated at checkout.

 

Customs & Import Charges  
For orders shipped outside of the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply.

For UK customers, this may include import VAT and a handling fee charged by the delivery provider. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Delays  
We are not responsible for delays caused by An Post, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. However, if your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

 

Incorrect Address  
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Missing Items  
If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@lacre.ie within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and work with the postal service to resolve it.
